Infosys Inc is looking for DevOps - Technical Trainer to work in Flushing, NY
and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must possess Bachelor
of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management,
Engineering or any related fields and 1-2 years’ experience in Good
understanding and experience in training on Setting up monitoring tools and
complex log analysis systems like ELK stack. Good Understanding of Agile
methodologies. Assist with on-going projects and provide project management
training and assistance as required. Develop training curriculum and job aids.
Provide Training to Users and Customers. Ability to teach standard classes as
well as accelerated, certificate preparation boot camp classes. Must possess
experience in providing class room or online training with expertise managing a
complex training environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability
to explain concepts in a simple manner. Creating, facilitating, and conducting
department-specific training. Creating and conducting general corporate-wide
