Infosys Inc is looking for Splunk - Trainer / Support Specialist to work in
Flushing, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must
possess Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Electrical and Electronics or any related fields and 1-2 years experience in
Assist with on-going project and provide project management training and
assistance as requested. Desire to excel in Project Management Training
consulting. Continued interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.
Ability to teach standard classes as well as accelerated, Splunk certificate
preparation boot camp classes. Provide Training to Users and Customers on
Splunk Enterprise as well as Splunk Enterprise Security. Develop alerts on
security baseline violations, non-authenticated connections, brute force
attacks for various use cases. Must possess experience in providing class room
or online training with expertise managing a complex training environment.
Configure various Dashboards/Report and schedule PDF delivery to respective
teams from Splunk and build Splunk Custom App and Add-ons. Excellent knowledge
of Software Development Life Cycle, including implementation / deployment /
development in respective product areas is a plus. Excellent communication
skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner. Experience
teaching and/or consulting in a corporate setting to corporate end-users.
